Fitness Intervals combine low impact WOODWAY treadmill progressions with an intro into effective interval heart rate training. These one on one personalized treadmill sessions will help improve your running technique, increase your fat metabolism and hike your energy levels through variable heart rate training. Clients will develop the ability to perform fitness intervals on their own in as little as four sessions.
