With 13 years of experience running youth sports camps, I (Peter G. Hayes) bring an in depth understanding of youth fitness and the growing emphasis placed on performance and peer issues. Pressure to perform and compete should be countered with a balanced foundation. In a mentor type atmosphere, I place emphasis on self esteem, coordination, technique, confidence and exercise discipline. Our goal is to establish fun, lifelong exercise routines that supersede the pressures of the competitive environment.
