Want to run with the "big dogs"? If possible
and or desirable, young and aspiring athletes are placed
in time slots within the adult speed program. The individual
speed and incline are tapered according to age and ability.
The agility phase of this program is unchanged, but
the plyometric (ballistic exercise) phase is changed
to avoid the load bearing compression's of the adult
program. The idea is to expose the younger participants
to the work ethic required for peak performance. It
is our experience that a positive confidence building
camaraderie develops between the older and younger speed
participants.
Parents are encouraged to bring their
aspiring athlete down for a free demo run and goal oriented
