Developing strength in our youth program
focusses on body weight exercises, assisted training,
circuit training, and controlled medicine ball routines.
The focus in this type of individual or group program,
is to develop core strength, agility and proprioception.
This equates to measured performance gains and a reduced
chance of injury as well. We strongly encourage H.I.T.
Participants to bring a workout partner, group of friends
or teammates into the program. This often leads to better
exercise discipline, and develops a fun or almost playlike
atmosphere. Our training sessions can accommodate up
to six participants.
